Marrakech to Rabat via Casablanca
Marrakech -> Casablanca -> Hassan II Mosque -> Rabat
Travel to Casablanca for Hassan II Mosque, then continue to Rabat for the Kasbah of the Udayas, Hassan Tower and a charming overnight stay.
Day 4
Rabat to Chefchaouen
Rabat -> Rif Mountains -> Chefchaouen
Drive north into the Rif Mountains and arrive in Chefchaouen with time for the blue medina, Uta el-Hammam square, the kasbah area, and sunset views over the town.
Day 5
Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen Medina -> Uta el-Hammam -> Kasbah -> Rif Viewpoints

Day 6
Chefchaouen to Fes
Chefchaouen -> Fes
Travel to Fes and explore the medina with a local guide: madrasas, souks, Al Qarawiyyin, tanneries, palaces and craft quarters.
Day 7
Fes to Merzouga Sahara
Fes -> Ifrane -> Azrou -> Midelt -> Erfoud -> Merzouga Sahara
Cross the Middle Atlas through Ifrane, cedar forest, Midelt and Ziz Valley before sunset camel riding and a Sahara camp night.
Day 8
Merzouga Desert Experience
Merzouga Sahara -> Khamlia -> Nomad Families -> Merzouga
Spend the day around the Sahara with 4x4 exploration, nomad visits, Khamlia music and a relaxed second desert evening.
Day 9
Merzouga to Ouarzazate
Merzouga Sahara -> Rissani -> Todra Gorge -> Dades Valley -> Rose Valley -> Skoura -> Ouarzazate
Leave the dunes through Rissani, Todra Gorge, Dades Valley, Rose Valley and Skoura before overnighting in Ouarzazate.
Day 10
Ouarzazate to Marrakech
Ouarzazate -> Ait Ben Haddou -> High Atlas -> Marrakech
Visit Ait Ben Haddou, cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n'Tichka road with photo stops, and return to Marrakech for a free evening after the desert and kasbah route.
Day 11
Marrakech to Essaouira
Marrakech -> Argan Cooperative -> Essaouira
Travel to Essaouira, stopping at an argan cooperative before exploring the medina, port, ramparts and Atlantic coast.
Day 12
Essaouira to Marrakech
Essaouira -> Marrakech
Enjoy the morning in Essaouira for the beach, medina, port, or a slow seafood lunch, then return to Marrakech in the afternoon for a final city stretch.
